KB-1 energy-saving high-temperature shift catalyst is a new type of high-shift catalyst for low steam-to-gas ratio. The catalyst can be applied to the process of hydrogen production by CO conversion in synthetic ammonia, synthetic methanol and petrochemical industry. It is especially suitable for large, medium and small energy-saving processes with natural gas as raw material. It has the characteristics of low sulfur content, good low-temperature activity, low bulk density, high strength, and strong resistance to carbon formation. It has a strong ability to inhibit F-T side reactions under the condition of low steam-to-gas ratio, which is most suitable for energy-saving processes with low water-to-carbon ratio.
