• JT-8Y hydroconversion catalyst (preloaded sulfur type) is a new type of organic sulfur hydroconversion catalyst. Based on the JT-8 type hydroconversion catalyst, through independent research and development process and formula, the JT-8Y type hydroconversion catalyst is preloaded with sulfur. The catalyst is mainly used for CO content below 10% and olefin content below 5%. The hydrogenation conversion process of left and right coke oven gas as the raw material to remove organic sulfur and unsaturated hydrocarbons. Under the conditions of space velocity 500～3000h-1, reaction temperature 250～450℃, and pressure 0.6～6.0MPa, for coke oven gas containing 100～400mg/Nm3 organic sulphur, the organic sulphur conversion rate can reach more than 98%. After the catalyst is preloaded and vulcanized, no special vulcanization operation is required during the loading and start-up, which greatly reduces the start-up time and simplifies the start-up operation. The best activity can be achieved only by normal heating after normal filling.
