• KH405 type dechlorination agent is suitable for the fine dechlorination of raw materials such as coke oven gas, hydrogen nitrogen, synthesis gas and naphtha with high chlorine content. It has a high weight chlorine capacity and purification degree, even if the chlorine content in the raw material is as high as 1000 ~2000ppm, it can also be less than 0.1ppm after its treatment. If the chlorine in the feed gas is in the form of organic chlorine, it should first be converted into HCl by hydrogenation with a cobalt-molybdenum or nickel-molybdenum hydrogenation conversion catalyst, and then removed with a KH405 type dechlorination agent. In addition, the dechlorination agent has sufficient mechanical strength, good stability and selectivity, and can withstand the test of long-term operation of the device.
